PI: moduletocfinal

The purpose of a moduletocfinal is to produce a table of content for one module. It is identical to ModuleToc , except that it is invoked after all modules have been built. This is to make sure that collections are done before we make the TOC.

A moduletocfinal will erase moduletocs (and moduletocfinlas) set earlier.

Note also that the wrapping div-element has class moduletocfinal in stead of moduletoc .
